The success of the cultural program was due largely to your initiative and hard work in forming staff focus groups, building trust and developing action plans that were realistic and achievable. I believe that the individual training provided by Amanda and LeadWell Evolution has opened my eyes to areas of development that I had not once considered. Whilst confronting at times, I was very keen to break down any pre conceived ideas and take Amanda’s guidance head on to help better myself for not only RCC but other aspects of my life. Throughout the course, I really benefited from training with ‘managing up’, stress management and most of all meaningful relationships. I discovered that my definitions of these topics were not quite a refined as I would of liked, and Amanda was fantastic in pointing me in the right direction for my development.
I can say without a doubt that Amanda earned my trust and has helped me more than most people I know, particularly in such a short amount of time. I am quite disappointed that the program has come to an end, as I believe I could further benefit from corporate training with LeadWell Evolution.

Being a part of the coaching and mentoring program was such an incredible experience. Meeting such an inspirational person as Amanda was invaluable.
Amanda’s willingness to share her own experiences and wisdom while listening closely, are all qualities that I’ve learned from. Beyond that, as a mentor she has always tried to help me become a better version of myself. Her constant support and our regular conversations has helped me grow. I feel more confident in myself, with who I am and what I do. My self-awareness has increased, I am clear on my personal boundaries and able to express these, as well as set expectations for the team that I manage. Over the last 6 months I have been part of a Coaching and Mentoring program with Amanda Taylor. I have experienced a significant amount of growth both personally and professionally during this period. Amanda challenged me to look more closely at myself and develop more self awareness, as well as offered support, tools and advice to assist me in improving other areas of development.
My obvious areas of improvement include my ability to see where I am, or am not contributing to certain situations and the knock on impacts to those around me, my ability to communicate more effectively at all levels, and my ability to build more meaningful relationships at all levels.
These improvements have resulted in me developing a stronger working relationship with my Supervisor and the staff I lead, and more recently with a colleague whom historically I have not had a good working relationship with. There is still some way to go with this colleague, however Amanda’s challenge, support and guidance has now opened the door to the possibilities of a more effective working relationship. I now understand what it is to have a meaningful relationship and how my style and approach can influence this and I will continue working to improve this on all levels.
Amanda has given me very valuable methods and tools to improve myself both professionally and personally, which I have implemented and can see results already. I’m excited to continue to put these methods to practise and see better changers in my life.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Mindfulness Course that was offered recently by Amanda Taylor from LeadWELL Evolution.
I am not really one for yoga or meditation, but something really resonated with me as I attended each session. The practical applications, the reduction in anxiety and reduction in ‘mind clutter’ was pretty impressive, considering it was a relatively short course.
Anyway, wanted to pass on my thanks and let you know how beneficial I found the course, and I hope it’s offered again so others can partake.

Hi Amanda,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for providing the 4 week Mindfulness course at RCC. I have suffered from terrible anxieties for many years, and have found meditation really helpful, but after attending your course I found several techniques beneficial and have started implementing them into my daily routine, and have not had a severe panic attack since. When I feel like my anxieties are increasing I take time out, and apply the breathing techniques and making myself aware of the issues, but learning to let them go.
I also have white coat syndrome, so recently had to monitor my blood pressure at home for 1 week prior to visiting the doctor. During this time when taking my blood pressure measurements if my blood pressure was raised, I again applied the breathing techniques and I would see straight away a reduction in my blood pressure. When I presented these results to my doctor, she was really impressed and said my blood pressure was great and there would be no need to amend my medication levels. Whilst I still have high blood pressure, I am in a much better place to manage it since attending your course.
I have also implemented many of the techniques in my working day when I encounter situations of high stress, or meetings that I would normally feel extremely uncomfortable in attending, and to top it off all of these changes have impacted positively on my family life.

Amanda’s yoga classes are fantastic! I love how her classes manage to be gentle but challenging at the same time. I really appreciate the way she guides us through the best way to come into each pose and explains the sensation to get the most benefit. Her guided meditation has done wonders for my mental and emotional wellbeing – I didn’t know how much I needed that small time out each week! I feel the best I’ve felt in years – my injuries hurt less and my posture and bloating has improved.
